As a starter - we've got a generous helping of Neo-Soul, Then after we pre-heat the oven at "just right", we grab a gorgeous bar in the heart of London; throw in a heaped tablespoon of Boogie, a nice big lump of Funk and garnish with a little drizzle of the light and mellow Hip-Hop. If that wasn't enough we are also celebrating a birthday. Head Chef Volatile's big day is upon us and there is nothing he'd like more than to share his cooking skills!
